Shipping: All purchases will be shipped

priority mail with delivery confirmation, Monday through Friday.
When we have back-orders, we will let you know. If this is the
case, we will contact you by email immediately with an
approximate availability date. You may cancel or change your
purchase if this becomes a time situation.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for shipping.

Return Policy: There is no refund due to 'wear and return' but we
will exchange a defective upon arrival product for the same one. Must
inquire when received.

Our Products: All of our products are made with real Austrian
crystals and most are silver plated. Small stones may come loose and
are not guaranteed. We sell delicate special occasion 'bling' that can
break if mistreated or dropped. We can't replace these products. Some
products may fade or change color due to excessive heat or sun
exposure and are not guaranteed.

About Rhinestones: Most fine crystal rhinestones come from Austria
or the Czech Republic. They are called 'rhine' named after the Rhine
river on the Austrian border. In the late 1800's, Daniel Swarovski
patented a machine that could cut the stones into fourteen facets with
a brilliant sparkle, without the cost of diamonds. They called it the
'poor man's diamond.'

Wholesale: Available for most junior flower girl tiaras, baby
headbands, and flower clips. Some hairpins/clips may be inc. Inquire
within before purchasing to ensure accuracy in ordering.
